Well the Billiards cake delivery was Thursday, and it was definitely interesting! Just about everything that could have gone wrong, did. When I was baking the third cake did not come out, so I had to create the angle out of the second cake. That meant that the rails weren't as stable as I had planned. Needless to say, they started to sag. I ended up having to literally slide a cake board THROUGH the top layer of cake! I can't believe it didn't all fall apart on me! The fondant was a bit of a pain, but I finally figured that part out too. Delivery was INSANE....that was the most unstable cake I have ever dealt with. In fact, one of the legs fell off when I was unloading! But we were able to fix it and no one knew any different. The modeling chocolate was a big hit though! Over all I am very proud of it. I'm putting the extra pictures on here! Oh, and I enabled comments, so let me know what you think! I'll also be trying to add a "Guestbook" page or something, so I hope to see your thoughts there too! Next up: the corset cake! Dun dun duuuunn.... 1) After initial carving. 2) Finished side

4) Total top. The cue is modeled after the birthday boy's lucky cue.
